We visited Oak Ridge for the first time for our sonā€™s rowing competition and we could not have been more pleased with our choice to stay here! The house is only about 3 miles from the rowing venue and close to stores and restaurants as well - we recommend Aubreyā€™s and Atomic City Brewing! The house was great, but I do feel compelled

The house was perfect. Very clean and well-provisioned plus the host added some very thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine, snacks, and even a sympathy card when they found out we were gathering for a funeral.This will be the first place we check on any future trips to town

Great location - quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery store, coffee etc. 20 minutes from Windrock. The house has so many little things that make it a great place to stay - robes, laundry baskets, cozy blankets, phone chargers, smore fixings, games, record player. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved this home- felt so welcomed before even walking in and the amenities and special accommodations kept coming. We had such a great time playing games that were shared during some down time, and kids enjoyed the outdoor space with the spring weather. JP is a fabulous communicator and appreciate all of the easy messaging back and forth. I may have missed it in the fine print but there are a few stairs to the bedrooms, just a few steps, but just having a leg procedure made it a bit difficult to go up and down. We will definitely stay here again- location is great, close to groceries and restaurants.

Canā€™t emphasize enough the cleanliness, which is priority for us. Super clean, cozy, quiet. Updated furnishings. They thought of everything. If we forgot it, no worries, they had it. Host responded quickly with answers to questions. Highly recommend!

The house was very comfortable and all the amenities were as advertised. Host family left a very sweet basket of goodies, complete with a bottle of wine. Weather did not permit us to use the fire pit...but it looked wonderful, compete with plenty of wood for the fire and a basket with all the fixings for Smores. My first time renting through VRBO that the door code was withheld until 30 minutes before check-in... but that was the only negative to the whole trip. Thanks for sharing you home with us.

This is at least our third time staying at this property and it never disappoints! Itā€™s always extremely clean and thereā€™s plenty of space for us (we usually have 4-5 adults). We also love the little extras the host thinks of like the extra plugs in the living room and bedrooms and the basket of snacks (they even left some treats for the dog, too!). We will continue to check availability any time we come to the Knoxville area.

The house was conveniently located to restaurants and stores. It was very clean and well appointed. The owners provided some snacks, coffee and also a bottle of wine and a six pack of beer. The check in/out process was easy. They even had the home decorated for Christmas! Would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Property was very clean ,lots of room and had all the amenities that we needed. This property worked out to be a great place for our guys weekend hunting trip at Oak ridge. This property was super close to all the hunting land ,restaurants and shops for the evenings.We definitely would stay here again.

This was definitely one of the better homes I've stayed in for vacation. I appreciated the level of cleanliness of the home. The beds and couches were comfortable. Also, everything was extremely organized and easy to find. Very thoughtful host for the little snacks and dog treats. My family and I had a lot of fun here. All the board games were a fun bonus.

Perfect place to stay during my visit to Oak Ridge. The house is clean, easy to find, and convenient to local restaurants. The welcome basket filled with goodies was a nice touch and a welcome sight after my long ride to TN. The host, JP was very accomodating and responsive during my stay. I highly recommend this home in Oak Ridge and plan on staying again the next time I visit the area.

Very clean rental convenient to stores and restaurants. My main requirement in a rental is cleanliness and this place met my high expectations. One note, a member of our party found the scents from the plugins to be overwhelming and bothersome but other than that, all was great. We had a slight issue with not being able to access the entry code but our host was very responsive to my call and we remedied the problem immediately. We especially appreciate the snack basket, sā€™mores, beverages, coffee and accoutrements! Those were a nice and much appreciated touch. Thank you for a great stay!

This property had every amenity you could think of and the host even decorated it for Fall/Halloween! They had a fire pit with wood, and a basket of Smores ingredients and the items needed to make them! They had a beautiful welcome basket to greet us with snacks, water, washing pods and more! Each bathroom had a basket of toiletries and the bedrooms were equipped with chargers! I would stay at this property again and again! Thank you for making this a great stay!!!

This rental was more spacious than I expected. Bedrooms are conveniently separated from living spaces, so early risers or those staying up later were not disturbed by sounds Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms.

This was the cutest house. The house was so very clean and beautiful. The hosts have went above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay exceptional. We were treated with a welcome basket and a bottle of our favorite wine. Down to the smore basket to make our fire wonderful and make s'mores by the fire pit.
