"The woman at the front desk was very accommodating. We had to ask to switch rooms and she made it happen! We asked for a late checkout and again she made it happen. "
"The staff was great, kind and helpful. Even though the property was a little older, it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the bar and it was delicious. "
"Room was a great size. The people at the desk were so friendly. BEST breakfast in town. They informed me right away that something of value was left in the room! "
"The bed was in good condition, the towels were new and clean, and the breakfast had a healthy option with fruit and proteins such as scrambled eggs. The only problem was the bathtub with a reduced drain.
The service at breakfast with Mrs. Bev was fantastic, as was the service at the front desk with Mrs. Rosie (Sneha)."
"It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but it could have been better. My comforter was dirty & we didn’t realize it until right before check out. Also, the cover for the bed had obvious burn holes from cigarettes. The room was humid and smelled musty, and it wasn’t completely clean. We found hair that wasn’t ours in the shower. It was convenient to get to, and the staff was friendly. I just wish it was cleaner. "

"Staff was very courteous and friendly, welcoming.
While we checked in around 3pm, the room housekeeping staff was not finished cleaning. The bathroom had not been completely cleaned and they were still making their final check and apologized for the incomplete cleaning and finished quickly.
All was good otherwise. "

"I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites and while my experience was generally okay, I faced a frustrating situation that left me quite disappointed.
During my stay, I accidentally left behind my denim jacket in my room when checking out. It wasn't just anywhere - I specifically remember leaving it under one of the pillows on the bed.
