The kitchen has been refreshed with newly painted cabinets and a modern subway tile backsplash. It has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a double oven, induction cooktop, and even two sinks! The vast center island has the option to have the extra sink or cover it for added counter space and offers bar seating for up to 2.

The charming coastal decor extends into the first primary suite, located on this lower level! It features a cozy queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity. There are two additional bedrooms on this level, one with a queen-size bed and the second with a bunk bed (one double and one twin-size bed). As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
