"I liked the lower price for such a clean and large room. The beds were comfortable. I would of liked a firmer mattress although it was still very comfortable. I would stay there again if I was in the area. Thanks."

"They do not have anyone bring towels or clean rooms except every three days. Pool is so warm and strong with chemicals its not enjoyable. Breakfast was great, different each day and options. Required rooms close with family staying months before coming and had us on separate floors. I will be looking at other options for our next trip."

"Room was clean. The bedding was nice. The hallways smelled sooooo bad. The room had a small smell to it but nothing too bad. The outside property was dirty."

Só não gostamos do serviço. Pedimos um berço e um abridor de vinho, mas o atendente está ocupado e disse que retornaria depois. Não houve retorno, o que nos deixou decepcionados com o serviço."

"The surrounding area was very dirty. Cigarettes everywhere, dust. Seems that they don't really clean and they have also construction items everywhere. The pool was disgusting, water was green. My room smelled pretty bad, like humidity and dirt. I had to buy a room refresher for it. Bed was comfortable and bedding sheets was cleaned. But I did find some small death cockroaches and spiders in the room. Front desk staff was ok. Breakfast was alright, not to bad for the place. I've being eating at...

"Room was moist feeling, even after the a/c ran all night. the ADA bar in the shower was missing and poorly patched. Bathroom floor looked dingy. Bed was a spring mattress, I felt every movement from my husband. Lamp shades were cracked and dusty. Regarding breakfast, the juice machine was "out of order" and they only had two tables to sit at. They offered no protein, like sausage or eggs. We smelled cigarettes often."

"I paid for a room for my step daughter and her almost two year old. Around one the morning the front desk person called her room and told her she had to leave because her baby was crying. And some poor Kanan called and complained. Instead of offering her another room ."

"Not our first stay here, and won't be our last. We love the resort, it's very cozy. That said, they seem to run out of hot water at an alarming rate and with two young kids trying to get them cleaned up in an ice cold tub is kind of upsetting. They seem overall short-staffed but we still really enjoy this resort."

"I didn't even get passed the front desk. The lady there was rude when I went to check in. She told me that I can't stay there because I was local and they don't book rooms to locals. What if your house is being fumigated or it caught on fire and you needed a place to stay??"

"Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad.
