"The staff at this facility was amazing! I was a little cranky coming in because is was so late. The staff handled my cranky very graciously. The next morning when i apologized they were very accepting of my apology. The hotel itself you can tell was very nice but has seen better days. Overall a great experience!!!!"

"There was construction happening at the hotel that we were not informed about. The work was very loud, which I understand is normal. However, we were not informed that there was no breakfast offered due to the construction. Also, our room was not vacuumed once during our 4 night stay. "The hotel is very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is amazing for adults who enjoy fine dining. The room was clean and organized. However, since we are seniors, we did not find the shower very welcoming. We like just a plain shower with a shower head above us. Our room was equipped with a spa like shower that spewed water in all different directions and very difficult to operate. The hot and cold adjustments were harsh and hard to move as the shower knobs...
