"Good communication from host. We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. It was very comfortable for us. Both bedrooms have comfortable kind beds, one firmer than the other, which was perfect for us. Fenced back yard was handy for our dog to be able to go out. Dames park is just a few minutes away by car (less than 5) and we went there nearly every day to walk our dog. Our only suggestion would maybe be a more comfortable sofa. "Our family of six recently spent two weeks at this property and were thoroughly impressed. The home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-appointed, with ample linens and comfortable bedding for everyone. The soaker tub was an excellent feature that added to the overall comfort of our stay. The hosts were a pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, and always easy to reach. We would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a well-maintained home and a seamless rental experience."

"You want to pay more for a fancy hotel? Go right ahead. This is a no frills hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The front desk and housekeeping are friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a family reunion. Several members of our family stayed here and like it as well. We would stay here again! "
