"We stayed for 4 days enjoying the kind and thoughtful hospitality provided by Brendan Hamid and Hamada. The recently restored bungalow was fully equipped, very comfortable and had lovely touches like a library of recent books on Penang history its buildings and gardens, flora and fauna. We stayed in a large room on the ground floor which was spotless. The views from the balcony of Georgetown and Butterworth were wonderful. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Penang Hill...

"At the point I came in, property is indore need of repair. The inner main door handle is broken and requires effort to open from inside especially in view that the door is partially broken. The bathroom also need major overhauling. Sorry I can't honestly give better rating under the present conditions and service."

"Excelente estadia. Apartamentos novos, limpos e organizados. Equipe super gentil e prestativa."

"We upgraded to lower room closer to beach was quiet."

"Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star"

"O atendimento foi muito bom. O café da manhã tinha boas escolhas com um funcionário fazendo sucos verdes, suco de cenoura e suco de melancia na sua frente. Restaurante Gustoso muito bom. Recomendo. "

"Our children loved the different swimming pools, incredible friendly staff and lots of fans and airconditioning units. The vibe of the place is so fun and adventurous. Two restaurants on site, and super easy to ehail a grab to go to sights and other food options. Would definitely book again."

"The hotel was clean and functional and it was good for my trip to Penang. I was surprised that the Jazz bar in the 29th floor was closed and was looking forward to some jazz nights. Too bad other than that it was good."

"The hotel has great conditions, the views over the sea are amazing, the room is very good and clean. On the other hand, the service could be improved, namely in the chapters around the swimming pool. In fact, it was more like a fun-recreative area or a diversion-park: we could not stay there more than 3 minutes. All the rest, positive points."
