The terrace wraps around the entire house, offering both sun and shade throughout the day. The garden's surrounded by green shrubs and trees and is set back from the road. There’s plenty of space to play on the lawn—tennis, badminton, football, petanque, or croquet. The covered outdoor kitchen features a gas grill, and behind the house, you’ll find an outdoor shower surrounded by greenery.



At the end of the road (400 metres) you'll find the beach with direct access to the Kattegat. The area offers great walking opportunities, and you'll be living among friendly neighbours who respect one another. The house has a bookshelf with information about local attractions as well as a welcome book with recommendations for restaurants and bakers.
