The wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings, while the heat pump helps maintain a pleasant temperature. There is no internet or TV, giving you the perfect opportunity to switch off and enjoy time together. Please note that firewood for the stove is provided free of charge.



The property also includes a 12 m² guesthouse with sleeping space for two people, providing extra flexibility when several generations or groups of friends are holidaying together.



The coast is just 600 metres from the house, making a trip to the water an easy part of your day. The area around Klint offers a varied coastline with pebbles, small sandy stretches and the distinctive Klintebjerg, where the cliffs rise up to approximately 35 metres above the sea.



Explore the area on foot or by bike, hunt for fossils along the coast or visit Nykøbing Sjælland with its shops, cafés and restaurants. Odsherred is a UNESCO Global Geopark, known for its distinctive Ice Age landscape, coastline and wealth of outdoor experiences.



Nearby, you can also visit Odden Havn, where you will find a fish shop, or Rørvig Havn, where you can enjoy lunch, catch crabs and soak up the charming harbour atmosphere. Nykøbing Sjælland is also within easy reach.



For families with children, Sommerland Sjælland is only around a 10-minute drive away. After a day at the beach, sightseeing or enjoying local activities, return to the house, light the wood-burning stove and enjoy a holiday centred around spending time together.
