"Hotel horrível. Pior hotel onde já estive. Num local onde está frio, a água quente era escassa, apenas durava pouco mais de um minuto e após reclamar mais de 2/3 vezes. O quarto era frio, gelado e sem qualquer suporte a ar condicionado ou aquecedor. Quando chegamos ao hotel deparamo-nos com crianças a gerir o hotel, não havendo qualquer adulto para nos receber. "We stayed at this delightful mountain cabin in Ella. It hangs off the mountain, faces directly west for the perfect sunset between two peaks. The view is breathtaking. The pictures do not do the tiniest bit of justice. It's a brand new cottage with 2 seperate units. One with a bedroom + loft sleeps 4 people. The other is a two bedroom. The only downside to this place is getting there.. some steel hills, big vehicles cannot go. Tuk Tuks... that struggle to get up the hill or walk. It's worth it...

"This place is truly a hidden gem, and the staff is absolutely incredible! It should be on everyone’s list when visiting Sri Lanka.
