"We had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there for His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday celebration. The location was perfect—close to the main temple—with an amazing view from our room. The room was bright and modern, making it easy to relax without feeling pressure to go out. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in every way. The next time we visit Dharamshala, we are definitely staying here again!"

Also buffet breakfast has very limited options with respect to amount being paid for including it within the fare. "bem localizado, porem tem um ar condicionado externo no 5o andar que deixa barulho em todos os quartos ficamos num quarto com vista do vale. Vimos os surtos com varanda onde colocam um tapume e tem mais barulho cafe da manha horrível, sem opções interncionais alem de pão de forma com manteiga chegamos mais cedo e nao tinha a suite, falaram somente as 13hs. Voltamos as 14hs e pediram pra esperar mais duas horas Noites tensas pelo intenso barulho"
