Well appointed first floor condo. My home is a true home with well equipped linens, kitchen and laundry. If you need to be connected it offers Internet, phone and TV. My home is just one of 20 condos on a large property. The property is lush and has a huge pool that is usually yours alone. The beach is across the street. Come enjoy my home and have YOUR vacation not that shared with hundreds of other hotel guests.

Nuevo Vallarta has nice lit walking paths down the center boulevard. It is an easy walk to Marival Residence Plaza where you can find fabulous restaurants and spa. Paradise Village is just down the street a longer walk. There are restaurants all over Nuevo Vallarta to try.

The beach in Nuevo Vallarta is a beautiful and long which is great for walks. There is a beach entrance across the street from the condo. The restaurants at the beach will will have beach chairs and palapa available for a fee.

When the sand is not your thing come back and enjoy the condo pool where you can use the outdoor shower to wash the sand and salt away.

If you plan on seeing the area you can rent a car. Parking is provided on the condo property. It is easy to get around via car just take your time.
If you prefer to be driven, there is Uber, taxi and bus service is available at the street. It is affordable and taxi are available throughout the city.

Remember to bring an extra cell phone. You can get a SIM card the OXXO up the street and have full access to cell service, Uber, etc.. during your stay.

Grocery stores are plentiful. You have SAMs, Walmart, Mega, La Comer (my favorite)and others within a short ride from the house. Costco is also available albeit a longer car ride. Mexico is blessed with fresh fruit and vegetables all year long.

You have a full kitchen - 5 burner stove top, toaster oven, blender, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and many pots and pans. The dining room is also stocked with plenty of dishes and glassware.
