Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. Guests may also use nearby resort facilities, adding to the range of shared amenities available during your stay. The home itself is single level with no stairs inside, and the building includes an elevator that meets accessibility size standards. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street, offering flexibility if you plan to explore the surrounding area by car.
