There are 14 pools at the Nuevo Vallarta resort, featuring Fountains, water slides, wave pools, ocean views, and one rooftop pool with views of the entire resort. Access to the various pools is determined by the level of accommodation, at the Grand Luxxe level you have access to the 8 Grand Luxxe pools plus all six of the additional pools at the lower accommodation levels.
Health and Safety:
In order to ensure our Extraordinary Standards are executed with rigorous consistency across all of our resorts, we’ve created a new dedicated Safety & Sanitization Department. This team is responsible for overseeing training, implementation, and auditing regarding the guidelines we’ve created in close collaboration with national and international health authorities.
In order to promote safer travel, the US and Canada have issued new regulations requiring a negative test for all returning international travelers. That’s why we’re proud to now offer a simple, safe, and convenient on-resort testing service.
