The Space:

Morning light moves gently through the space as warm air carries the scent of the ocean and surrounding greenery. You step outside to your private patio or balcony, coffee in hand, as the sound of water and rustling palms sets an easy rhythm for the day. With the beach nearby and a pool just steps away, each moment here unfolds at your own pace.



The space

This single-level condo is designed for a calm and comfortable stay, accommodating up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 baths. Thoughtful touches like cotton linens, closet storage, and an in-unit washer make it easy to settle in, whether you’re staying a few days or a few weeks. The layout offers both shared spaces and privacy, making it ideal for small groups or families.



Outdoor living & building features

Your private patio or balcony provides a quiet place to relax with outdoor furniture and garden surroundings. The building features an outdoor pool where you can cool off under the tropical sky. With elevator access, a single-level layout, and no stairs inside the home, getting around is simple and convenient. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking add flexibility for your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers a dedicated space where you can cook your own meals and enjoy time at the dining table. Whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner in the evening, the setup supports easy, everyday dining.



Comfort & connectivity

Central air conditioning keeps the space comfortable throughout the day, while Wifi and a TV provide options for entertainment and downtime. A private entrance and self check-in via keypad make arrival smooth and independent.



Location & beach access

Set right next to a body of water, the condo offers shared beach access so you can enjoy nearby sand and sea whenever you like. The garden view brings a sense of greenery and calm, while the waterfront setting allows you to experience the natural beauty of Nuevo Vallarta and the Pacific coast.



Services & extended stays

Long term stays allowed (28 days or more) make this a practical choice for extended visits. Managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation, the property includes attentive guest support. A paid crib is available for families traveling with little ones.



Neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its relaxed coastal atmosphere, accessible beaches, and warm climate. Located along Banderas Bay, it’s a place where days are shaped by ocean breezes, water activities, and time spent outdoors.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._1_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __5__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.

Could not get in to unit for the first day. Had to go back and get a room near the airport for the first night. There was no one there capable of clearing up the error. Turns out we needed a bar code to get access which was on what's app.... who would think to look there? No one there to suggest we look there either. Even a day later even the owner had still not reached out to us to remind us that the bar code was on what's app and not on virgo app.Even virgo supervisors could not help with this. Next day we finally get in after another few hours of trying. No apology no refund for first day. Unit was ground floor with eastern view of a fence near parking. Be prepared for local variety of invasive insects... nothing the provided broom and dustpan could not restrain. Furniture was somewhat basic and uncomfortable. Very private and shady which was ok. Condo had bus and taxi service right outside the door... as well as a convenience/liquor store, a drug store and a bike chair rental shop. 20 minute walk to southern end of Bucerius by pathway. 25 minute walk east to large grocery stores on 200 highway. No restaurants or bars with the exception of poolside bar/restaurant . If you like to walk this is the place for you. Beach is fantastic, pools are great and very clean. Daily games to reserve pool loungers.. Tv was only available in Spanish with no obvious way of obtaining English subtitles. Bring a fire stick.. we never thought of it. No way to communicate with owner directly.
