The space

This oceanfront penthouse is positioned on the top floor, offering a sense of privacy and uninterrupted views across the Pacific. Designed to embrace its surroundings, the interiors are bright and open, with living areas oriented toward the sea. The layout allows you to relax comfortably indoors while staying connected to the outdoor setting throughout the day.



A kitchen is available for preparing meals during your stay, along with a dining area and a living space that opens toward the terrace. A washer is located in the unit, and WiFi and a dedicated workspace support longer stays or remote work when needed.



Outdoor living

The penthouse features a large private oceanfront terrace with panoramic views. This outdoor space includes areas for outdoor dining, sun loungers, and a private spa-pool, all overlooking the shoreline. From the property, you have direct beach access, making it easy to move between the terrace, the sand, and the ocean. Guests also have access to three infinity pools within the condominium.



Sleeping arrangements & bathrooms

Sleeping arrangements are suitable for groups or families traveling together, with designated bedrooms and storage space. Bathroom essentials are provided, and an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after time at the beach.



Amenities & shared features

Beach essentials are provided to support easy beach days. Guests may also enjoy access to bikes, a kayak, and sun loungers. Resort access is included, allowing use of nearby shared facilities. A private BBQ grill is available under availability and requires reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Free parking is offered in a garage, subject to availability.



Services & important notes

The property is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure. Cleaning services and linen changes are not included during the stay, and amenities are provided for initial use. Fumigation is performed before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available during the stay if needed due to the tropical environment.



Electricity consumption is included based on the season and number of rooms and is confirmed after booking. Any excess electricity usage is charged at $5 pesos per additional kilowatt, calculated from meter readings. The nightly rate shown includes 1–5 guests, with an additional cost of approximately $20 dollars per extra guest per night.



Location & surroundings

Located in Nuevo Vallarta, the area is known for its accessible beaches and warm climate. Due to ongoing development, daytime construction noise may occur nearby. Small beach insects such as gnats are common in the region, and the use of repellent is recommended.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __8__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
