🏝️ The condominium has a set of rules and regulations designed to ensure a pleasant stay and harmonious environment for all guests. Please note that violations of these rules may result in additional charges.

🔐 On the day of your arrival, before 3:00 PM, you will receive all access information, including the codes and instructions needed to enter the condominium and the apartment.

🫧🧽 Please remember that on your check-out day, our staff will arrive at the apartment at 11:00 AM to begin the cleaning and preparation process for incoming guests.
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (including children and infants).

The condominium has internal regulations that will be shared prior to your arrival and explained during check-in. In the event of non-compliance, the condominium administration may apply the corresponding penalties. These measures are entirely beyond our management and responsibility.


REGULATION:

5) Bracelets will be placed on the renters/guests in order to identify them from the
owners, all this with the purpose of having a control.
6) The owner`s bracelet will be given only and exclusively to the owner FOR NO
REASON to the administrator or renter.
7) The administration will not give access to the facilities to those persons who are not
registered as temporary occupants, unless they are accompanied by the owners of
the unit. Likewise, they will not have access to the common areas until they have
their registration and copies of identification.
8) The Condominium Owners are jointly and severally liable with the aforementioned
third parties for non-compliance with their obligations.
9) The maximum occupancy allowed in the apartments of:

 Studio: 2 persons.
 Loft: 4 persons.
 Double: 6 persons.
 Triple: 8 persons.
 PH: 10 people.
 Diamond: 12 people.

These capacities must be respected. Otherwise, the corresponding sanction will be applied.

10) Renters may not have guests. Access to guests of tenants will be prohibited. The

who does not comply with the rules of this condominium.

more.

11) Renters may not have pets. Access will be prohibited.

12) Owners and/or renters may not bring weapons into the condominium. Without
exception, access with weapons will be prohibited, even if they have a permit to
carry weapons.

13) Owners and/or renters may not bring security personnel (bodyguards, guards or
equivalent) into the condominium. Without exception, access will be prohibited.
14) Personnel (domestic, security, etc.) working for owners and/or guests and/or
renters will not be allowed to use and enjoy the pool facilities.
15) The use of drugs in the condominium is prohibited. Anyone caught will be reported
to the authorities.
16) Any owner and/or guest and/or renter who commits any moral misconduct, with
acts of inappropriate behavior in common areas and towards the condominium
staff, will be sanctioned according to the penalties set forth in these regulations.
Urination, pooping and sexual act. Sanction of $5,000.00 (cinco mil pesos
00/100mn).
17) If the unit (apartment) is rented, the owners or family members of the unit may not
use the facilities or common areas of the Condominium.
18) Not to take condominium furniture to the beach area.
19) Do not use the common areas if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Sanction of $1,000.00.
20) We remind you that you live in a condominium where there are families who come
to have fun and rest. We must respect the rights of others, so we ask you to avoid
noise and loud music in your unit and in common areas. Moderate music is allowed
until 11:00 pm. Reduction of service and penalty of $500 pesos.
21) It is not allowed to leave garbage in the hallway, you must take it to the containers
located on the outside of each tower. Penalty of $500 pesos.
22) It is forbidden to hang sheets, towels or hair dryers on the balcony railings, as well
as to place objects that detract from the image of the condominium (antennas,
decoration or plastic furniture). Penalty of $500 pesos.
23) The condominium is totally smoke free according to the Law.
24) If you bring food or snacks to the common area, bring them already prepared, do
not prepare them in the pool area. When you leave the common areas, it is
mandatory to pick up the garbage and deposit it in the containers.
25) Use the pool with appropriate clothing (bathing suit or special clothing for the pool).
Penalty of $500 pesos.
26) Minors must wear a swimming pool diaper with their bathing suit.
27) It is not allowed to change in the pool area or leave clothes on the lounge chairs or
cabanas.
28) It is forbidden to walk or have around the pool any molds, cups, containers, or glass
bottles (for your own safety). Penalty of $500 pesos.
29) Drinks and food are not allowed inside the pool. Penalty of $500 pesos.
30) Rinse off all sand, suntan lotion and sunscreen before entering the pool.
31) It is strictly forbidden to move cabanas, lounge chairs and umbrellas away from the
pool.
32) It is strictly forbidden to have charcoal grills.
33) It is totally forbidden to use balls and balls in the pool.
34) Administrators who misuse their functions, or do not cooperate with the
administration in following the rules may be fined.
Failure to follow this regulation in the first instance will be penalized with $500.00 (five
hundred pesos 00/100 mn), in subsequent cases will be doubled as many times as this
regulation is violated. In turn, the administration has the right to reduce the services, until
the penalty is settled.
