Includes cleaning before your arrival and after your departure, the only thing not included is the cleaning of the kitchen utensils, we thank you to leave them clean at your departure for the next guests.

Upon arrival you must check-in at the reception desk. In case you arrive before check-in time, which is at 4 PM, you may leave your luggage at the front desk and be in the common areas.

We ask you to follow the rules for a better coexistence with the neighbors:

- The reservation is only for registered guests, visits or extra guests or pets are not allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the apartment, during the day at a moderate volume.
- The bathing suit is mandatory to use the pool. The hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons to the pool area.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or bronzer.
- The toilets in the area do not support paper inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can be covered and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.

❄ Finally, we ask you a lot to help us take care of electricity consumption, which is very high. Do not leave air conditioners on if you are not at home and when you turn them on please close all doors and windows.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss of key, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
- For each rule that is not followed, the condominium or the neighborhood committee can charge up to a $200 usd penalty or remove or speak to the police for an eviction for bad behavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kW. With responsible use they should not exceed it.
- You have total privacy in the property, however if there is any force majeure event where we have to access, we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc.)
