Chalés em Nozawaonsen, 20

"Excelente hotel.

"Comida tradicional japonesa excelente! Equipe prestativa e atenciosa !! "

The thermos amazingly kept the water hot even till the next morning. Because I went during « low » season in May, I was able to enjoy the onsen to myself ! The...

"I enjoyed the dinner meal even though I made a rookie hot pot mistake."

There was someone waiting there to greet us, then showed us their onsen which was a heavenly experience after a long day. The bedroom is spacious and sealed with separate air conditioning, perfect for the hot July weather. There are extra bedding and pillows in the closet. There were balcony furnitures for relaxation. The whole place is calm and gracious… The next morning we were...

"Very friendly staff at the hotel, they helped a lot and were very welcoming in English! They had a nice dinner and solid breakfast (with some western dishes). At the end I was positively surprised with a free transfer to the station. Definitely recommend. "
