Nearby you will find a lake, kayaking, small town (Nowe Miasto only 5 minute drive), shops, market with local fruits, vegetables, honey, dairy products, etc.

One acre fenced living area with gardens and an orchard, barn and henhouse reveal the farming history of this property. The grounds have two main sections: semi-closed inner courtyard found in many Spanish-style houses and the terrace and orchard, which open onto a pond, the meadow and forrest. Apples, pears, plums, hazelnuts, grapes and blackberries are just some of the fruit that grows within out grounds. A big terrace (100m2), carport and sunroom allow for active ways to spend your time in all weather conditions. You will find two bicycles, table tennis, and a grill at your disposal. For young children we have a bicycle seat and helmet, high chair, swing, kiddie pool and toys.

The area is famous for its multitude of mushrooms. Beautiful conditions for Nordic walking and bicycle trips among ancient oaks, larches and pines within the charming forests.

Main house consists of a huge living room with kitchen and fireplace, two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. On one side the 5 meter high living room opens onto to the terrace and other leads to the conservatory.


Guest house consists of a bedroom with a semi-open kitchen and bathroom, so it is completely independent. It is ideal for teenage children, grandparents or guests. An overall regard for quality and aesthetics has been maintained throughout both homes. This listing is for the main house with the possibility to also rent the guest house. Secluded and very private place for a weekend, holidays or longer as the commute to Warsaw is possible, even daily basis (45 minutes to the north of downtown). Organizing retreats or other events is possible after prior arrangement details. Peace and security guaranteed. The grounds are enclosed, equipped with an alarm and quick security, which is only to satisfy any concerns guests might have as the area is absolutely quiet without prior incidents.
