A first bedroom on this level is furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and includes a private shower and WC. A separate WC is also available on this floor for added convenience. The upper floor hosts 2 further bedrooms, each with direct access to a terrace. The first upper-floor bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and a private shower and WC. The second upper-floor bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and benefits from its own private shower and WC as well as a terrace exit. The property features two outdoor terrace spaces, one of 30 m2 that is partly roofed and one of 20 m2 that is fully roofed, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs and offering a distant view of the sea.
