Villa Esmeralda offers you a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. Relax on the deckchairs by the private pool and enjoy the warm sunny days. The house is located on two floors. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining room for six people, a room with a sofa bed for two people, a bathroom and a spacious living room. The living room offers a beautiful view of the pool and terrace. There is garden furniture on the terrace where you can relax in the fresh air with your morning coffee. An outdoor grill is also available. On the first floor there are two double rooms with a double bed, a shared bathroom and a balcony equipped with a table and chairs that offers a wonderful view of Novigrad. The house is completely fenced and offers a free parking space. Villa Esmeralda offers you everything you need for a perfect summer vacation.Groups of young people up to 26 years old are not allowed.Villa Esmeralda and Villa Esmeralda II are rented separately, therefore group bookings are not allowed. NOTE: New houses have been built in front of and next to villas Esmeralda and Esmeralda II, which has changed the surroundings compared to the existing photos.
