The heated swimming pool measures 30 m2 with a depth of 150 cm and boasts an unconventional pool shape with an internal staircase, available seasonally from 15.Mar. to 15.Nov. An outdoor shower is provided for your convenience. The pool house includes a shower and WC, with pool maintenance handled by the owner/gardener. Please note that swimming pool heating is available as an extra service, and it is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Video surveillance of the property is in place but can be switched off on request.

This vacation rental is a spacious 5-room villa spanning 200 square meters across 2 levels, renovated in 2022 with modern and tasteful furnishings throughout. The ground floor features a living and dining room equipped with a sofabed measuring 180 cm wide by 200 cm long and satellite TV, with direct exit access to both the terrace and swimming pool area. Adjacent to this space, you will find one bedroom containing a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, complete with an ensuite shower, WC, and satellite TV. The ground floor also includes an open kitchen outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a separate WC. The upper floor accommodates additional sleeping quarters with one room featuring both a sofabed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, accompanied by a shower, WC, and satellite TV, with exit access to the balcony. Two additional rooms on this level each contain a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, shower, WC, and satellite TV, with exit access to the balcony. The property is equipped with forced-air heating and offers a balcony of 30 square meters, a small balcony terrace of 30 square meters that is partly roofed, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, an electric portable barbecue, and six deck chairs, all providing views of the swimming pool.
