In regards to the bedrooms, unfortunately none of our rooms come with air conditioning, therefore during Summer and warmer days we advise our housekeeping team to keep the windows open before a guests arrival to keep the room cooler and we also ensure fans are in every room. I am aware that there was a wait at breakfast Sunday morning. I apologise for any inconvenience this caused. I am pleased that the staff dealt with this in the best way possible. I apologise for any disturbances you encountered. The parents were called in each room and this was handled by the reception team as this was not acceptable behaviour. At the moment we can only offer a takeaway option due to the government guidelines. Hopefully, over the next month or so this will change.
