It's a quiet flat in enclave close to the castle, just a quick walk and you are in the heart of the city.  The property is an original Victorian residence set in a large landscaped garden, with off street parking for 1 car.  The flat itself has its own private entrance, no rooms or facilities are shared the key features are

I am a Airbnb Superhost and have had over 80 happy visitors. I am next door so close at hand if needed.

Whilst we love animals the building is pet free in consideration for those with allergies.

Is there space for us to park our car?
We have parking facilities at the premises! During your stay you have full access to my private driveway.

Can we use the property for our party?
Unfortunately not, the property is located in a quiet area and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. They’re very friendly and respectful of us and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us.
