Your pet is also welcome, as the property is fully fenced. It’s ideally located across from the forest, 300 meters from the beach, and 150 meters from local shops.Notre Dame de Monts is 15 km from the island of Noirmoutier, 15 km from the ferry terminal for the island of Yeu, and 30 km from St Gilles Croix de Vie.The AccommodationThe tastefully decorated house features: - 1 fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave) that opens onto the living room (TV, sofa bed, wood-burning stove, fold-down bed) and the dining room. - 3 bedrooms: 1 bed (180x200) with closet and dresser + 1 bed (140x200) with closet + 1 sofa bed (140x200) - 3 bathrooms: 1 outside with 1 sink + 1 with a walk-in shower, 1 sink, and a washing machine + 1 with a shower, 1 sink, and 1 toilet. - 2 toilets (1 separate, 1 in a bathroom)—2 furnished terraces (west and east): table, chairs, grill. The entire property is fully enclosed. Guest Access The entire property is available for guests’ use. You can find us at “Les Maisons de Nathalie” in Notre Dame de Monts. Additional Notes PLEASE NOTE: Sheets can be provided as an option. Sheets can be provided as an option at a rate of €15 per bed, and bath linens at a rate of €7 per person per stay.
