Villa Santa Teresa can accommodate 14 people. It is ideal for enjoying a moment of rest or meeting with family and friends. It has 7 bedrooms, ie 4 double beds and 6 single beds (possibility of converting them into 3 double beds), as well as 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker Krups, toaster, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, all necessary crockery, television (TNT channels) ), hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board), a very comfortable living room and lounge.
You can enjoy its large private wooden terrace, without any vis-à-vis, it has beautiful garden furniture as well as two optional spas (swimming and jacuzzi).
You will also find a private beach volleyball / badminton court, barbecue and gas plancha, hammocks and an Aquabike.

Welcome to Domaine Le Sherwood, your peaceful haven between the national forest and the beaches of Notre-Dame-de-Monts.

Inheriting its history as a former summer camp, the estate has been redesigned into a friendly, fully pedestrian little village. Our 17 attached villas blend seamlessly into this wooded setting, creating a genuine hamlet atmosphere.

Your privacy preserved: Peace and quiet are our watchwords. Each accommodation features its own private green enclosure. You can fully enjoy your garden (and your private hot tub, available as an option) away from prying eyes.

The ideal location: From the estate's shared pathways, you have direct access to the region's many cycle paths, allowing you to reach the beach in just a few minutes.

Our team is available at the reception during the week to assist you throughout your stay.

## Notes

The private SPA is optional, its cost is 100 € for the duration of the stay.

Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon your arrival.
Towels are not provided. The rental of a towel kit is 7 € per person.

Pets -25kgs and not noisy are accepted for 15 €.
The accommodation must be left clean (dishes cleaned and put away, bed (s) unmade, refrigerator cleaned, bathroom, kitchen and floor washed, trash cans emptied).
If you do not want to clean, you can choose to take the cleaning package at € 250.
You can also ask us for a cleaning during your stay for 39€ (notify us 3 days before the cleaning intervention).

If you wish, we can provide you with a baby kit for an additional € 15.
This kit includes an umbrella bed (with mattress and mattress pad), a high chair and a baby bath.
