Villa Orietta is located in San Lorenzo one of the most sought-after destinations in south-eastern Sicily, just a short walk to the sea.
The villa has been recently built and it is characterized by the typical Mediterranean style, it features outside a nice garden and ample terraces that overlook the sea.
There is also a small swimming pool.

The house consists of a living/dining room with kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The has also air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, sat-TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and external shower.

The property is located very close to the quaint fishing village of Marzamemi, and it is only a short drive from the most charming towns of south-eastern Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, Vendicari nature reserve, Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; from 20/06/26 to 28/08/26 changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50 (to pay on arrival).
Early departure: € 50,00.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 300 kWh per week (the extra consumption fee of € 0,60 per kWh is to be paid on the spot), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (2 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
Tourist tax: 3.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 6 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
