Patrizia house, independent 10 meters from the sea - San Lorenzo - Reitani - Marzamemi

Casa Patrizia is located in San Lorenzo - Reitani, at the end of one of the roads leading to the sea, the III. It is an independent villa, facing the sea, just 10 meters from the beach (just cross the road to be on the beach). It has a well-kept garden that develops in the front of the house. In the private area in front there is a reserved parking space. In the equipped outdoor veranda you can have lunch and dinner and stay in the shade in the hammock or lying down, listening to the sound of the sea. The house consists of an entrance-living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom. There is an air conditioner in the hallway of the sleeping area which serves the two bedrooms. There is a comfortable outdoor shower to be used when returning from the sea. The golden sandy beach and the crystal clear water of the sea (the cover photo is eloquent) characterize the place as one of the most beautiful of the south-eastern coast of Sicily. In the last two years, caretta caretta turtles have spawned 30 meters from the house. Nearby there is a kiosk bar that offers refreshment during the daytime. With a 15-minute walk you can reach the beach of the Vendicari Oasis, one of the most important sites in Sicily from a naturalistic point of view. A 7-minute drive takes you to the seaside village of Marzamemi, 15 kilometers away is Noto, pearl of the Sicilian Baroque and UNESCO site. Moving with the car in about half an hour you can reach Syracuse, Modica, Scicli. The most beautiful beaches in south-eastern Sicily are within 15 kilometers.
There is an extra, non mandatory, of 10 euros per person for the initial supply of linen (sheets and three towels for the bathroom).
Electricity consumption is counted with a meter and charged at a cost of 25 cents per kwh.
