"Room & property were clean but the TV in the room needs replacing because the color was terrible. The refrigerator in the room was loud & was hard to fall asleep."

"Breakfast was not the best. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to remove the trash. The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help.When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. So we all had to wait. "

"The AC unit in my room was very loud when it cut in and out as it interfered with my sleep. I tried to watch Netflix and the connection was poor and gave an error message that the tv was not connected to the internet. It was hard to press down the toilet handle. The door handle should be less piercing in the hand when you open it."

"When I tried to check in I was told I would have to wait because the rooms were not ready. The clerk seemed overwhelmed and was short with most guests approaching the desk. The clerk told others after me she wasn’t supposed to be there and really didn’t know when we would be able to check in. I waited about an 45 minutes after check in time to get a room. My room was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel even though it was not an ideal check in. "

"Broken bed, AC not working properly, broken elevator our room on 2nd floor, That gave us money back and had to round up staff members to carry luggage down steps. The staff was helpful"

"First room was clogged pipes and tub and sink wouldn’t drain and toilet paper holder was broke. Front end girls were amazing and helped out The next room was dirty old toe nails in closet and misc items of trash under bed. Sinks not clean no garbage can "

"Needs more large luggage carts. Only has one. Internet connectivity is terrible! Recumbent bike seat jiggles when riding making it impossible to go very fast. Not much sound insulation between floors."
