"Perfectly pleasant. A couple of minor maintenance issues and some noise overnight of other guests coming in from creaky floors and loud doors, but overall a reasonably place to stay for a night or two."

"Really enjoyed our stay, we felt the spa but it was quite crowded only small number of sunbeds. Room was nice but it was quite dated."

"Friendly, knowledgable staff, Clean room, Fridge very welcome, Shower excellent, free parking so close to the city. Comfy bed. Overall a great stay."

"Excellent location, very clean with a great size room."

"Lovely stay!"

"Lovely country animal themed room in a pub with excellent food. No breakfast but lots of local cafes."

"Accommodation was clean and tidy evening meal excellent together with breakfast we cycled to the property and they were able to store the bike securely"

"Terrible breakfast, hotel due to revamp"

"Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

"Dining room restaurant chairs stained and dirty carpet dirty and beyond cleaning timber floors need sanding snd polishing understaffed Staff very friendly and helpful Television not tuned overall the hotel needs preventative maintenance very noisy facing canal could not recommend this facility one of the worst premier inn hotels I have visited"
