Situated just a stone’s throw from the river, you’ll be within easy walking distance of three friendly pubs, excellent restaurants, charming cafes, and scenic river trips. The award-winning family attraction BeWILDerwood is nearby, offering magical treetop adventures for younger visitors.

The Space:
Downstairs is a hallway leading to an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and also to the bathroom.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms each with a double bed. The front bedroom has views of the river and beautiful sunsets.
There is a patio off of the back bedroom which is a lovely secluded suntrap with a dining table and chairs. The perfect place for a sun downer!
Outside is a courtyard for off road parking for 1 car.

The Neighborhood:
Only 10 miles away, you’ll find unspoiled sandy beaches where you can spot the resident seal colony—an unforgettable experience. The historic cathedral city of Norwich, full of culture, boutique shopping, and medieval charm, is just 9 miles from your doorstep.

Getting Around:
The cottage sits in a beautifully tranquil yet well-connected part of Norfolk. Within Horning, you have everyday conveniences, scenic charm, and community spirit. Venture out and you’re minutes from rural hub towns, or just a short drive to the dynamic city of Norwich or the peaceful North Norfolk Coast.

Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £25 (subject to availability).

To give you peace of mind and maintain our standards, we offer two options to cover you against small unintentional damage at this property.
We offer the option to add a Damage Waiver for just £25 per stay that covers up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay. Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of £250. The hold on your payment method will be released within 7 working days after your check-out subject to no damages.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests have exclusive use of the whole cottage.
Please note that the bathroom is downstairs.
The stairs are easy and have a hand rail.
There is room in the front bedroom for a travel cot ( bring your own).
This is a No Smoking property.
