"We really loved our stay at Park Farm Hotel. The perfect balance of great service, excellent rooms and facilities but super relaxed and not stuff at all. The staff are a huge credit to this hotel - knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The wonderfully maintained outside space with lots of lovely trees and shrubs really add to the atmosphere - looking out at the Japanese maples from the jacuzzi was a really treat. "From start to finish our stay was lovely! We called the night prior to make sure everything was okay and Tim was very nice to speak with and even offered to collect us from the train station! "Gave a lower score for service because we had to wait over an hour for food and when it finally arrived, as it had been sitting under a heat lamp the pastry was rock hard and very difficult to cut into. The delay was blamed on a wedding taking place, sorry, thats not my problem, any possible delays to food should be communicated, so customers can choose to go elsewhere."
