"Room was clean, beds were comfy & staff were very friendly BUT things that weren’t quite so great: No USB sockets/ports anywhere in the room No mini fridge Downlights in the bathroom weren’t LED & were extremely hot Bathroom handle was very squeaky and needed some WD40 Members of staff sitting/talking/smoking outside our room at night"

"Excelente custo benefício. Esse hotel é localizado em um "retail park" próximo a um supermercado ASDA com posto de combustíveis e apresenta estacionamento gratuito. Os funcionários são cordiais e o quarto muito claro e confortável. Café da manhã simples porém saboroso ao estilo Holiday inn express. O restaurante funciona das 18:30 às 21:30 e apresenta diversos pratos rápidos a um preço acessível."

"There's a lot to praise at Dunston hall and you'll read about that elsewhere. I just want to point out one defect in the hope that someone at Dunston Hall will see this and take some action to prevent it happening again. We ate at the brasserie on 3 evenings and the cooking was, with one exception, very good. The exception was on the last night when one of my hasselback potatoes turned out to be bad . "The room was tiny. The bed was small and not a double as advertised. Bed could only fit in the room by being pushed up against the wall so could only be accessed from one side. Bed was uncomfortable and prevented any sleep. Bathroom was so small it was not possible to sit on the toilet! Room was situated next to an outside generator or aircon unit which was loud. I don’t believe any guest should be expected to stay in this room."
