"We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the rooms were for a modular home. It was clean and quite nice! The location was perfect for our Pontiac Nationals stay. Its very close to some very nice restaurants! We're hoping to stay there again next year!"

"This location is a duplex which did not bother us at all. We had 5 adults and 3 children under 10 and this was PERFECT for us ! We stayed here for just one night before heading to cp and the kids were begging us to go back . The nba game was a hit for the kids while the adults played cornhole out back and sat around the table . Easy parking and ample room for us all to sleep and lounge around. "This was a cute house in a nice neighborhood. We were able to walk a block to the water (just to see it). The town is drivable and so quaint. Please note that while the house had wifi and we were able to use the wifi for Voice over internet for our phone, our phone had no coverage (Verizon) it kept trying to connect to international, and we noticed that the part of the actual lake was right near the border of Canada. At night, we could hear the border control helicopters, which didn't bother...

"We were in town for a baseball tournament at Sports Force Park and this was a perfect location. This house was perfect for what we needed. I do want to point out the listing said there was a double pull out sofa. Unless it was user error, the couch is not a pullout couch but the accent chair folds out to a bed but definitely not a double size bed. It was not something I would be able to sleep comfortably on no matter the size. My husband wasn’t with me so I ended up sharing one of the other...

"It was great! The listing on VRBO did not tell much of anything about it though. Had I known we were going to be right on the lake we'd have brought chairs and beach towels. It doesn't say anything about that or that it is a campground like setting. But we loved that it was quiet and secluded. The room was clean. The lock on the door is very hard to operate. The bathroom faucet is stiff and you feel like you're going to break it when adjusting temps but it works fine."

"This location is conveniently located close to Cedar Point. It is within walking distance to Lake Erie and a lovely park, which is perfect for those traveling with pets. You'll also find great donuts within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a sweet treat. "I needed some rest and relaxation during a visit with friends and family in the area and this nice cottage delivered! The neighborhood is quiet and only a short drive to the quaint downtown of Vermillion. A scenic view of Lake Erie was just a quick walk away. The host offered great restaurant suggestions. It was only me on this stay but this home is definitely spacious and equipped for family fun. Enjoyed every minute!"

"We spent a couple days here for my daughters birthday. (3 adults, 4 kids). This place had PLENTY of space for all of us to be there comfortably! We were able to play all sorts of games (They do provide some and we brought our own too).The vibes were totally on point! There is a record player and some records provided!
