"This place is perfect for skiing at Sunday River! Our whole family (group of 10) fit comfortably in this place. We had the best time; relaxing in the hot tub after skiing all day and then making dinner and playing games. Would stay here again!"

"We had a destination Christmas with our adult daughters, their partners, and our baby granddaughter. It was a fabulous holiday and it snowed while we were here making it a beautiful snowscape. The home was comfortable and just as described with three kind beds and there was plenty of space for others if we had needed it. The game room was lots of fun too. The managers were wonderful helping us out when we first checked in and answering out question."

"Our stay was perfect with the house serving as a central location for everything we had planned over a week. The house itself is beautiful with all the furnishings a family could need. Our 6 year old found hours of entertainment in the arcade/game room, and the adults spent equal time relaxing in the hot tub after a days activities. We would certainly book this home again on a fiture trip to the NH/Maine area."

"An abslutley wonderful cabin & lake front property. Deep in the woods, yet close to the amenities of civilization. A very peaceful & relaxing place to unwind & enjoy being surrounded by nature. One morning we watched a herd of deer make their way thru the property. Neighbors left & right, but you'd never know. Far enough away, you feel like you're here all alone. "We have been coming to Sunday River every year for the past 15 years. We have always stayed at a resort location on the mountain, but this time we were looking for a bit more space. This past week, we had the opportunity to stay at this location and it didn’t disappoint. Unreal first impression, accommodating, clean, all the tech, and a place where we could all relax.
