"The house was cozy but comfortable. It was my cousin and I and we attended a concert during our stay. It is located in 3rd Ward. The block is very quiet. So if you’ve ever lived in the hood in your city you’ll be fine. It’s only sketchy to suburban folks."

The decor was a little dated and it was a bit dirty inside the fridge and the bathroom and it had a strange smell upon arrival but I ended up enjoying my stay. It doesn’t look exactly like the pictures but it is still a decent place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe."

"The home was lovely and the perfect accommodations for 3 senior citizen couples. Each had more than adequate sleeping quarters without being on top of each other. We so enjoyed setting out by the water in the morning, sipping coffee and watching the ducks. It was a wonderful stay."

"My youngest son graduated from Rice Univ and so my husband and two older children stayed at the house during our visit! The rooms were great-each has their own tv, the beds are REALLY comfortable, bath towels are super absorbent, and there is bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided. The house had everything we needed including towels, toiletries, detergent, and some pans/silverware. It was very clean and well kept. All bedrooms are on the first floor. Unless you want to take a break in the small loft upstairs, you won’t need to go up there (mentioning this in case anyone has disabilities)....

"We selected this condo as a central location for multiple events of a family wedding. It was quite spacious and allowed our family of 5 plenty of room to relax and rest between events. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed delicious meals from several of the multitude of restaurants in the area. Special shoutout to the Burger Bodega. Atliano was always responsive when we reached out with questions. I would recommend the listing be updated to reflect that the beds are queens, not kings,...

"The bungalow was as described except there was no spa/whirlpool (and we did not expect one). All in all a good experience! Good A/C. Nice to have the yard with our pups. Looked to be newly readied for VRBO and having sustained some flooding? Needs more window coverings to block out light from street in front bedroom and windows on side front. Towel bars, nightstand and lamps with bulbs would be great. Something going on under kitchen sink on disposal side? Coffee maker was not cleaned after last...
