"Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. On a cold night, we had issues with thermostats set to 64 running and running until we got very hot in the middle of the night and needed to crack windows and turn all...

"Location is excellent. Right in the middle of the Sunday Market, and within easy walking distance of many fine restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, and the Nespresso machine a welcome amenity. "

"The staff were friendly, The facilities are clean and in good condition. There is parking on site ( for a fee) and we had a kitchen in our room which is convenient . It’s located within walking distance of campus and public transportation."

"Perfectly in keeping with an average hotel at this price point. The staff were friendly. Parking was available. A bit tight to make the initial turn at the bottom of the ramp, but it had a spot for larger vehicles. My only warning: the heater unit beneath the window was a bit loud (within reason and I slept OK), but if you like a soundless sleep environment, bring earplugs. The bed was comfy enough. Shower pressure was just OK (they regulate pressure), but the temperature was constant. ...
