"The owners were immediately accommodating when I requested an early check-in, AND when I put the wrong check-in date at the time of booking!! This property is a hidden gem. "This hotel is in renovation at the moment, January ‘26. They have come from interesting beginnings to being a safe, reliable, respected, location in Hyannis. This is my go to hotel for clean, comfortable, newly renovated, and great priced hotel. Keep up the great work!! It’s looking great!"

"The check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. Both are typically listed on the property description and would have been good to know before booking. "
