Hotel cassino em Northwest Chicago

"Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the pleasant aroma and pristine condition of the property. The gentleman who assisted me with check-in demonstrated exceptional patience and kindness. I subsequently required a room and floor change, and he handled this request with remarkable accommodation and professionalism. Both rooms I occupied were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The second room, in particular, was excellent, with the sole exception of the bathtub drainage....

"Very strong odor throughout the property all throughout different floors/hallways/room. It was a persistent odor that smelled like a mix of grease and pungent food smells. The room itself smelled weird as well almost like stale something, which made me question the cleanliness. The pool was under renovation, lots of areas of the property looked rundown. Walls cut with exposed pipes and the lobby restrooms both stated out of order. It felt more like a motel, thankfully I was not staying alone...

"Tiny aunts crawling on the nightstand. Room was supposed to be “accessible” but only the bathroom was. Would not recommend this room type if you use a wheel chair or walker. Bed was super comfortable, had to fix my own tv (it was wired wrong and wasn’t getting a signal). Front desk didn’t seem to want to be bothered by it. Pretty quiet for the most part except the people next door. For some reason they gave me an adjoining room. People across the hall smoking pot. I have no issues with that,...

"The bathroom exhaust fan, the refrigerator, and the oven...all didn't work!!"

Faltou toalha de banho, papel higiênico no quarto, solicitamos diversas vezes e não fomos atendidos até que precisei ficar na recepção do hotel esperando enquanto o atendente foi buscar."

"The room seemed clean on surface, then found old toothpaste marks dried on the bathroom countertop. The bathroom sink would not drain and the toilet only flushed once. The hotel windows face the freeway so it is very noisy at night. The building itself could use a little more lighting outside at night. "
