"Close to everything and good for family but breakfast isn't worth it."

"I stayed for one night last minute. This is the cheapest accommodations in the area by far, but you definitely get what you pay for. Air conditioning wasn't the greatest, and the TV did not work. Bed sheets and towels were clean. It was a bit loud at night, there were some barking dogs and loud people in the halls. I stayed in a non smoking room but all my clothes picked up the odor in the room, which smelled like stale smoke. Overall it served my needs for a place to sleep."

"The staff were nice and helpful, the pools were clean, and the location is great since it's close to the outlet mall. However, my room was a bit noisy because it was close to the road. Also, while the bed was clean, the room itself had some dust and spiderwebs."

"Dilapidated property with units that appear to have permanent residents in them, picture the projects. We checked in and noticed that our room had clearly been smoked in. We immediately contacted the owner who said it was barbecue smoke that we were smelling. We decided to leave due to the condition of the room/property and the strong odor. Unfortunately, we were still charged and when we contacted Expedia about this; we were offered only a partial refund due to their non-refundable cancellation...

"The motel is in disrepair with external stairs being uneven and having exposed nails and torn carpet. The inside of the room was dirty in the corners, there was hair in the sink, and the sink was clogged. The bedding and sheets seemed clean, however."
