"Nicely constructed cabin. Very comfortable bed! Peaceful and fresh air. Would have liked a later check out than 10 am given we were expected to do half of the clean up - dishes, garbage collection, placing towels all in one designated location, resetting the thermostat, closing the windows, etc. We were late leaving due to these housekeeping chores, and the second we departed a service truck pulled up that previously came around at exactly 10 am. "

"I am very pleased with everything, the cottage was clean and comfortable! I loved sitting out every morning watching the wildlife. The pond never disappoints!! It is so peaceful and relaxing. The neighbors are very welcoming too! If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and destress, this is the place to go!"

"Lovely spot on a quiet pond. We very much enjoyed watching the loons, ducks, heron and turtles from the deck. Our lab loved playing in the water from the easy accessible water. Limited motor boats on the pond and a dead end road made for a quiet week. Cabin is comfortable and well equipped. Close to neighboring towns for exploring.Bonus that the cabin is so near The Place (great cinnamon buns) and Scott’s (inexpensive lobster rolls and great onion rings)! "Our second stay at the Flower Farm, a place both restful and intriguing. The apartment has everything you need; the surroundings are full of lush flowering plants both cultivated and wild. The owner brought out the farm’s horse and donkey for us to visit with, and we had a good time rummaging in the farm shop. Set in the quiet countryside of Belmont, the farm is only a short drive away from the bustle of Belfast."

"We enjoyed our stay at Regina's camp. The cove is perfect for kayaking or canoeing and the house itself is comfortable and welcoming. We also enjoyed walking along the quiet camp road. Although we did not end up bringing our pet, it has a nice big yard that would be great for anyone traveling with their dog. "

"Exactly as described. The place was decorated just the way I love it - lots of colors and different kinds of things. Our stay was nice and it was good to detox for a few days. Close to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Jennifer was very friendly and caring as a host. She wanted us to call her to make sure we arrived okay which is sweet but unusual for most VRBO bookings I've had. The only negative was the stairs to the 2nd floor are pretty steep but other than that we had a GREAT TIME! "

"This is a spectacular property overlooking the tidal Benjamin River, seen through the huge windows in the livingroom as well as from a nice outdoor deck, patios and expansive lawn with Adirondack chairs. The beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was very convenient to get to Deer Isle, Blue Hill and all the other nearby towns. Highly recommended!"
