"Great property and a gracious host. Tanner was super responsive and very accommodating. House was well appointed and great location. "

"The home was very clean and nice. Check in, check out and communication with the host was super easy. They actually sent us a message early on the morning with check in details instead of me having to reach out. This home has the cutest backyard and is so well kept. We would stay here again for sure and would recommend it to anyone looking. The home being pet friendly was a bonus since we had a small dog. Sometimes when you stay in a pet friendly home they smell like one. Not this home,...

"Very clean property and met all my expectations. Bonus was the small yard for dogs. Plenty of parking and good communication throughout. Would stay again."

"The home is very close to the lake but not directly on it. The house is very nicely appointed and everything we needed was at our fingertips. It is an older upscale neighborhood and as comfortable as they come. It was a great stay."

"We loved this place. It was very clean and welcoming from the time we got there. The host was very responsive and took care of any question or concern. The beds were very comfortable and the house was just right for our visit to Tuscaloosa. Everything we needed was there for our use andcomfort. It was a 5-10 min drive to Tuscaloosa and very convenient for the location. The train added an interesting flair but was just once per day and in the evenings. The back yard was nice but unable to...

"Awesome place to stay at!!"

"Blackberry Place was a great house to spend Easter with our college students. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. Tanner made the entire experience seeemless. "

"Perfect place for a Bama football game. Great location. As soon as we walked in, it was go time! Bama decorated in a classy way! Easy to communicate with host."

"We had a super quick, last minute stay and Brigette made it so very easy! The house was perfect for our needs and we would absolutely book again, if in the area!"

"There were a few issues that concerned us. It stated 3 bedrooms true, but did not say you needed to go through a bedroom to get to the master BR. The Master BR shower was very small, water pressure was low. Not pleased with it at all. I went to open a cabinet door to look for a towel and the door fell off. I proped it back. The spare BR on the right had a significant opening at the bottom of the window losing AC and admitting heat into the room along with insects. Overall.....it was a place to...

"Awesome little house for moving our daughter out of college! Very clean, had all the perfect things to make our stay great! Comfy beds and love there was coffee, creamer and wash pods! What a nice touch!!! Thanks for the hospitality!"
