"Beautiful location! Sorta close to grocery & gas. Resort may have food store. Didn’t check. Looks fantastic inside. Paneling design great. Plenty of room for family or separate space. Great front porch. Great covered deck with table in back. "

"The check-in and check-out process were both super easy, all the information was sent in advance for our stay and communication was excellent. We were given the option to extend our stay in advance if we wanted, there were optional add ons. Easiest process ever! The stay was amazing, everything was just as described at the Hobbit Hut! Loved our stay!"

"If you are looking for a fun get away at the lake I would highly reccomend this VRBO. We enjoyed the fire place and the hot tub. The cabin was clean and well maintained and the hosts were great wit communication. We loved writing in the book to make out mark on the cabins history. It was also close to many different places to eat and deep creek activities. We hope to return in the future."

"It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. WiFi is only at the main house and had bring being our own bedding, that was unclear on this site… but on the main website it’s much more clear. Thanks again! If I ever...

"The property was immaculate, with an attention to detail. It was conveniently located to attractions and dining. The trail on the property was wonderful..looking for gnomes and clues (you are never too old for this). My husband and I look forward to staying there in the future."

"We loved our stay here. The house was so cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect and everyone enjoyed the dock, water, fishing and hiking. We would love to return next summer!"

We spent every afternoon/night outside watching movies, making s’mores, soaking in the hot tub, and listening to the creek. The cabin is secluded and peaceful, but we were still able to enjoy local sights and attractions like Cass Scenic Railroad rides, historic Beverly, and the Green Bank Observatory. "The house was perfect for our two families of 6 kids and 4 adults. We loved the location and easy access to the dock. We rented a boat for a day and loved being able to come back and forth with our dock for meals. The location is great with an easy drive to stores and the beach. Hot tub was a hit for all! "
