"Rooms are showing a little age and clean, internet was good, laundry facilities were good. Only had contact with staff when booking in and they were pleasant. Rooms were cleaned every day, towels replaced every second day (excellent). We would stay there again. Cheers"

"O hotel fica em Sandy Bay, o uber dá 9 dólares pro centro. Tem ponto de ônibus em frente também. Os quartos são limpos e espaçosos, com frigobar e microondas. A recepcionista é uma senhora muito simpática e prestativa. Tem lavanderia 24 horas para os hóspedes usarem. Estacionamento aberto."

"We booked a ground floor room as my wife has mobility issues and Chloe called me to say all was organised but when we booked in on the Saturday afternoon was told no ground rooms were available so my wife had to struggle up and down stairs all weekend.
