"Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. The bed was comfortable and it's one of the few places with AC. Shernie & Glen were very nice. The only downside is there are a lot of stairs which was mentioned. I will pack less next time. "Staying at this property was truly the right decision for all the good reasons. First of all and foremost, James and Maureen Dominique are simple one of the best hosts I've ever had. "The setting is lovely, secluded, and with a pool and beautiful deck, bar area, perched in the tropical hills. It is a stunning setting. The driveway to the Resort is steep and challenging, especially the first time. Once you've made it to the top, it's worth it. We would stay there again. "
