"Getting a hold of the staff for questions before my stay never happened. I called the listed number through regular cel network, also used WhatsApp and NOTHING. This hotel is in a nice spot, but communication was horrible. Also - they broke one of our chargers when making the beds, they didn't apologize, nor even acknowledge that they broke it.
Nice spot, but the staff and lack of communication will prevent me from staying here again."

"This place is a pearl inside a rainforest. The infrastructure and nature is amazing. But it is in bad shape. I am a traveler since 2016 and been to more than 30 countries. I had a great time here. But some critics hopefully constructive and can be corrected in the future. The drinks does not have alcohol, they are juice with ice and they charge you for a full dose.
