"We really enjoyed this place! The condo is very nice, spacious, well furnished/decorated, well-appointed full kitchen, and the AC is cold. Connie was very responsive to all our requests. "This was my 3rd trip to Roatan and Infinity Bay. This was my favorite condo to stay in, it is perfectly located within the resort. I love this resort, easy walk to lots of restaurants and awesome snorkeling right off the beach. I will be coming back to Roatan and staying in this condo. Communication with the owner was so easy and he responded promptly, he genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"

"Second time at infinity Bay, first time in this unit, everything was great. Really love this property for the beach and on-site dive operation. The staff at IB are friendly and accommodating. Unit was a great and Byron was easy to communicate with. We had all we needed for a nice relaxing dive trip."

"We had an overall good time, the location is excellent. The 1st morning we were there the front door shattered, it was extremely windy and it slammed itself. We reached out to the property manager and she was not polite initially, she later came around and stopped the aggressive behavior. Aside from that, it was great, wouldn’t have had any complaints if the property manager hadn’t been so abrasive and rude."

If issues arise they are resolved in a reasonable amount of time. The swim out to the reef for snorkeling is for a very strong swimmer, but the water is bathtub warm. The location right on the beach was superb. We walked to a different restaurant every evening except one when we took a water taxi to West End. The breakfast buffet was delicious. "Everything was very easy and comfortable- the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy- and everything worked. We were quite happy with both the accommodations and the location! The one thing that was different, which I have not seen previously, was that you had to pay separately for all electricity used. This could get pretty pricy if you had to use the ac. Also some of the screens needed repair. All in all it was an excellent 2 weeks and we would stay here again."

"I spent a week at this beautiful villa with my husband and two children (ages 4 and 7) and we absolutely loved it! The property managers set up a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and also to the grocery store before heading to the house. Being steps away from the water and having access to the pool were wonderful! The kids lived in the water. They enjoyed jumping off the dock and we were able to see several fish while snorkeling right by the dock. We were able to wave down a water taxi right...

"Only negative, but a big one: misleading posting of three bedrooms with one king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds, love seat futon and a couch futon. Everything correct except the twin beds were actually mats on the floor! Which would have been fine for young kids; but, they were very uncomfortable for adults."

"The property was as advertised, clean, spacious, and right off the main drag. We enjoyed the porch and pool. The hill to and from the property is quite a trek. It was fine most days, but a pain with our luggage."

"Travis and Trish had a beautiful place up in the hill looking at the ocean, the place is quiet, the room was perfect for our long stay, the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. We walked almost everyday to Luna beach and from there to West Bay or the west end. We loved our stay here. The owners were very helpful and understanding, the gave us rides when needed and accommodated us. We definitely will stay here again."

"It’s a beautiful property that makes you feel right at home. It has everything you need and a little extra. Beautiful surroundings, the golf areas are really nice also. But it has a security guard 24/7 and the beach is at a walking distance of a mile away. There is an extra charge for the use of energy which is proportional to your usage and It had a very responsive agent. "
