"The mattress on the bed I slept on needs to be replaced please. It provided me with very little back support. I kept waking up during the night as I was uncomfortable. Also when booking it needs to be made clear when the booked room involves a significant “climb" to get to the floor it is on. "This has been my preferred accommodation for a decade however Room 4 was terrible. It had an adjoining door and my neighbours had lights on and talking until 1224 a.m. so not able to get to sleep. The lounge was vinyl worn to thread bear. Plus black hairs on it. There was a baby huntsman and a big daddy longlegs spiders living in the shower and the bed side lamps were very dusty level with my face. No greeting instructions I usually get, they said Expedia didn't supply?"

"Absolutely stunning place to stay with my partner and have no complaints. the place was clean and tidy, everything inside was easily accessible & a nice quiet neighbourhood for anyone looking for a good getaway to unwind and enjoy. Kym made the process super easy and will definitely be returning in the future! "
