Dave is a fantastic host who happily helped us with our issues, answered our questions and let us feeling like home at his beautiful farm. Before arriving at the estate, we had heard a lot about the Dave's famous breakfast. It was really superb! The facilities were good and everything we needed could be found in the cabin. It was clean and we loved waking up to the noisy (hungry sheep and birds), but still calming sounds you...

"The gardens are lovely. You can sit outside the room surrounded by gardens. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The tea & coffee are of good quality, not cheapest available. As someone whose legs are not good the bathrooms are very mobility-impaired friendly. Redland Bay shopping centre and take-aways 5 mins walk away."

"Mangrove Hotel is well located between the Broome township and Town Beach. It’s a comfortable walk to both and you pass many historical features along the way. The property has an elevated outlook over Roebuck Bay, and you can while away a pleasant hour or two watching tide movements from the Bay Club with a meal or snacks, drinks or coffee. Iconic Matso’s is nearby however be warned that you probably should book in advance (I was lucky to chance a table)."

"It was unique...... Warm, cosy, interesting, private, safe, quiet, central to tourist attractions, IGA etc. I attended a wedding 5 mins drive at Shambala Estate 5 mins to Curtis Falls, 15 mins to St Bernards Hotel. Loved my 2 night stay."
